2. Hosting Services

Shared Hosting: Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Refunds do not apply if the account was suspended/terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
Renewal payments are non-refundable.

3. Domain Names

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once completed, as they are processed through third-party registries.
If a domain registration fails due to system errors, you may request a refund or choose a different domain name.
